🌟 Celebrating Ms. Nancy Siegel

nancy siegel

With deep admiration and heartfelt gratitude, we announce the retirement of Mrs. Nancy Siegel, who has served the Millburn Township Public Schools for an extraordinary 58 years as the High School’s lead counselor and college advisor.

As beautifully captured in the Millburn Short Hills magazine, Nancy has been a guiding light in the lives of countless students, staff, and families. Her passion for helping young people navigate their teenage years with confidence, compassion, and clarity has shaped generations of Millburn graduates. Her expertise in college advising is unmatched, but her deep care, kindness, and unwavering belief in each student’s potential truly sets her apart.

Nancy sees and supports the whole student. She listens with empathy, encourages with wisdom, and helps each young person recognize their unique talents, accomplishments, and dreams as they plan their futures. Her legacy is woven into the very fabric of our schools — not just in the academic success of her students but in the confidence, self-awareness, and hope she has instilled in so many.

While we will miss her knowledge, insight, and daily presence in our halls, we are forever grateful for her impact. Please join us in honoring Mrs. Nancy Siegel for her incredible service and wishing her a joyful, fulfilling retirement.
